Steps:
1.On the stove with a thick bottomed sauce pan place your grapes, kombucha and maple syrup or sugar
2.On medium to low heat, simmer your liquid out of your grapes for 15 minutes
3.Once they start to split, use a spatula to push them open to release more grape juice
4.Reduce your grapes down for another 30-35 minutes until they start to darken and thicken in texture
5.Serve warm over cold goat cheese with crakers and enjoy!
