What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is fermented tea, and it naturally contains probiotics and healthy organic acids. It has been consumed for thousands of years across countless cultures as a beverage that promotes health, and has recently been on a major rise in the US. A little tart and a little sweet, with just the right amount of bubbles, kombucha is a delicious natural treat!

Does Health-Ade Pop need to be refrigerated?

Health-Ade Pop can be stored at room temperature, but tastes best chilled. We recommend refrigerating it at least a few hours before consuming.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to deliver?

Health-Ade kombucha deliveries will arrive in approximately 2-5 days, dependent on the day of purchase and your delivery location. Please be sure to check your tracking information to see when your shipment will arrive and enjoy!

My Package was damaged in transit! What do I do?

If your package is damaged when it arrives, please contact us at help@health-ade.com and we will be happy to coordinate another delivery.

I received a tracking email, but the product does not appear to be moving.

Sometimes, our shipping process creates a FedEx label a couple of days before the shipment leaves our refrigerated warehouse. Not to worry, you’ll get a follow-up notification when the order is officially on its way! If your order arrives late, please contact us at help@health-ade.com.

How do I start a subscription?

On all our product pages, there is a “frequency” section, where you can choose to purchase one time or select a subscription cadence that works for you. Learn more here!

Absolutely not! You can cancel or change your subscription at any time here!

How do I create an account?


Once you place your first order, you can sign up for an account.

Can I only use my rewards points if I am a subscriber?
No! They work for Subscribe and Save or single purchases.

How do I see my points?
You can log into your Rewards account or you can create an account here and manage your points!

Will I receive rewards points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

When do my rewards points expire?
You will have one year after earning the point to use it.

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
If you return the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account!
