WE SHIP 2-DAYS. NATIONWIDE.

We ship 2-day from Monday – Wednesday in the United States (except for Hawaii, Alaska and Southern California) only because it’s important that your kombucha is delivered fresh. Orders placed after 11am PST on Wednesday will be shipped 2-day delivery on Monday the following week.

For kombucha orders placed in Los Angeles and Orange County, we deliver next day every day (5am – 7am PST) except for Sundays.

WHAT IS THE EXACT COST OF SHIPPING?

Your exact shipping expense will be calculated upon checkout. Shipping perishable, liquid beverages 2 days delivery and across the country can be expensive.

We are constantly working with USPS to secure the best shipping rates available.

SHIPPING

Once released, shipping is out of the control of Health-Ade and thus we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. Your kombucha will arrive in an insulated box specially designed to keep kombucha at appropriately cold temperatures. Health-Ade is not responsible for lost or stolen kombucha, product that has been left out for extended periods of time, weather or other unrelated delays. Additionally, Health-Ade cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised kombucha due to the following reasons:

Incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Please contact UPS if they are having trouble delivering to your particular address.

Unopened shipments. Health-Ade shipping boxes are clearly marked “PERISHABLE” and must be opened with kombucha being refrigerated upon receipt. Health-Ade products are perishable and clearly marked with expiration dates. They must be consumed within these dates.

RETURNS POLICY

KOMBUCHA RETURNS

Due to the nature of our beverage products, we do not accept returns for beverage products purchased from our website.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

If you have questions or would like help in returning any non-beverage products purchased from our website, please contact our customer service team at help@health-ade.com or at (844) FERMENT / (844) 337-6368.

Please contact our customer service team to request a refund. Returns for non-beverage products purchased from our website will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We accept unworn or defective merchandise as returns within 30 days of purchase. Please send the non-beverage item(s) in original packaging, in courier of your choice, to address below:

For online returns and refunds, the product cannot have been purchased from any location other than from our website.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
