How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all subscription orders. We also offer free shipping on one-time orders above $75 and to "Bubblier" and "Bubbliest" members of our
rewards program.

When will my order ship?
Health-Ade orders may ship at any time after purchase. Products leave inventory as fast as possible and rely on FedEx or other delivery partners to reach customers. The entire shipment process can take anywhere from 2 hours to 5 business days to arrive at your door, depending on the time items were ordered, the delivery destination, and the flavor(s) chosen.

How are my items shipped?
Health-Ade partners with multiple carriers to provide the best shipping experience. Depending on your delivery address and which flavor you order, our kombucha will usually ship via FedEx Ground, in a cushion-lined cardboard box. In some cases, your order will be shipped via alternative local carriers, in a smaller cardboard box with no cushioning, only if safe to do so. You may receive ice packs or not, but rest assured the kombucha is safe to drink either way. Please enjoy refrigerated for the best experience.

RETURNS POLICY
ONLINE ORDERS
All online sales are final. Due to the complex shipping and packaging requirements for Health-Ade products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email help@health-ade.com. We'll do everything we can to make it up to you!
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Any Kombucha and Pop returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be handled where the product was purchased
