How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping! There are no additional shipping charges for orders placed in the US (not including Hawaii and Alaska).

When will my order ship?
With the influx of online orders due to Covid-19 and shipping delays with our fulfillment partner, FedEx, you may experience a delay in shipping. Rest assured, the Health-Ade team is working around the clock to ensure your kombucha gets to you as soon as possible, and we will email you as soon as it ships. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new challenges.
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a fedex tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items shipped?
We ship our kombucha in an insulated cooler with ice packs so that the product stays sufficiently chilled until you’re able to refrigerate and enjoy the bubbly goodness!
Do you ship to my country?
Health-Ade can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately cannot delivery to international addresses at this time. Visit each product page to check if we deliver to your US zip code and stay tuned for more exciting announcements on social media!
Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for shipping kombucha bottles, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email email@example.com. We'll do everything we can to make it up to you!
Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
