Your New Favorite Kombucha Mocktail That Tastes like Summer

There’s nothing quite like a refreshing mocktail to kick off the weekend. That feeling of knowing you’re doing your body a favor by cutting out the booze? That’s enough to have us swap out our usual go-to’s for the mocktail version.

Enter the Spicy Peach Caipirinha. While a Caipirinha traditionally consists of sugar and lime, here the flavors are replaced with other familiar ingredients. Swap out sugar for honey and add jalapeños for that extra spicy kick. Keep in mind this recipe is made using our Ginger-Lemon Kombucha, so you get that healthy dose of probiotics and healthy acids. The tartness of the kombucha, the sweetness of the peaches and the spice of jalapeños creates the perfect mix of flavors.

Ingredients:
  • 2 very ripe peaches, peeled and skins removed
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 8-10 oz Health-Ade Ginger Lemon kombucha
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • Ice cubes
 
Directions:
  1. Slice peaches (peel those skins!) and place in a blender. Add lime juice and honey. Mix until well blended.
  2. Prepare 4 chilled glasses with ice cubes. Divide the peach mixture among the glasses. Top with Health-Ade Ginger-Lemon kombucha. Garnish with lime wedges and jalapeños. Spicy and sweet!
