In a shaker add your cinnamon, apple slices, ice, apple juice and kombucha
Shake your shaker for about 1 minute until all mixed together
Make sure you don’t put your shaker lid on too tight and shake your shaker vertically to ensure the bubbles don’t build too much pressure
Pour with a strainer into 4 coupe or old fashioned glasses and enjoy with a garnish of apple
