Explain who you are and what you do!

I’m a fitness entrepreneur. I’m always looking for different ways to motivate people to be their healthiest, best selves. To do this, I lead 8-week, 1-month, and 2-week transformative camps in Los Angeles and am launching my virtual training platform in late September. I also doing speaking engagements and was a cast as a lifestyle coach on Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body on E! Entertainment.

How did you get here? Did you always know this was your life’s mission?

I’ve played sports my entire life and had coaches and been on teams that I always thought could’ve performed and jelled better. I got into the fitness industry to be the coach and create the teams I always wished I had.

My mission is to help people be the best they can be from the inside out. As their coach, I want to bring out the best in them so in turn they bring out the best in each other, making fitness a game rather than a chore.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I usually wake up around 5:30 a.m. and beeline it to the kitchen to have a cup of coffee. Ha! Around 7 a.m., I will either lead two 45-minute spin classes in row or lead an hour-long team bootcamp. I love leading workouts, but I believe the real coaching happens after the class is over so I usually stick around for about an hour to field questions from my students.

Then I head home to get on calls for a product I’m endorsing, creating content for my newly launching virtual platform, responding to social media questions, going to an event, shooting my virtual platform videos, or finding music and creating class designs for my team workouts. I’m BUSY as hell, but I like it that way.

I usually wrap up work around 8 p.m. and head to the couch to watch something on Netflix before I nod off into dreamland.

Best pre- and post-workout snack?

I usually have an Rx bar before I work out and I love a post-workout bananas. Where I work, they hand them out for free so I’ve become a bit of a monkey.

Who or what inspires you?

I am a big fan of Michael Jordan. I watched him when I was a little girl and taped and DVR'd his basketball games, because if you watch him, every single game he ever played, he gave all he had—he believed that he would make every shot he took, he never got down on himself, and he made everyone around him better. I watched him, and still watch him, because he's the greatest, and I try to live my life the way he played every single day.

Describe the “happiest and healthiest” version of yourself.

Right now, I’m at a place in my life where I can finally call myself a queen. I’ve been through the ringer for the past couple of years and I was able to hang on and still find professional success during a very dark time. I know that success isn’t just about your career but so much was going wrong in my personal life that I had to focus on putting myself into something positive. Through working hard every day, I was able to get my spirit back and now know I can get through anything which has given me confidence and a new sense of purpose. I find that I’m happiest when I give back, which is why I love my career so much. I’ve dedicated my life to helping other people find their inner love and be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. I guess you get what you give?
