Combine elderberry syrup, rosewater, and kombucha in a large cocktail shaker or mason jar, and shake until well combined and fizzy. Pour into 2-3 tall glasses over ice, then top each drink off with coconut milk until the glass is full. Add a (reusable) straw and stir as you drink, letting the coconut milk combine naturally with the fizz as you go.
