Glow Up Refresher

Equal parts beautiful and delicious, this mocktail layers bright beet juice and fresh lemon with bubbly Strawberry Glow Kombucha for a drink that's as pretty in the glass as it is refreshing to drink. Top it with freeze dried strawberries and you've got a serious wow factor with almost zero effort.

Ingredients

• 2 Lemons

• 1/2 cup Beet Juice 

• Strawberry Glow Kombucha 

• Freeze Dried Strawberries (for garnish) 

Preparation

1. Cut 3-8  1/4 in lemon slices 

2. To glass layer ice and lemon slices

3. Add beet juice

4. Add  1.5oz lemon juice 

5. Add 6oz Strawberry Glow Kombucha

6. Garnish with freeze dried strawberries.
