A deep dive on our quality standards, ingredients, and brewing process behind every bottle of Health-Ade kombucha.
Our kombucha is made from three main ingredients: organic tea, our unique culture, and organic cane sugar. We never use artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.
At Health-Ade, we brew organic green and black teas in stainless steel tanks using water from our local Los Angeles water supply which is filtered using our reverse osmosis system.

The magic happens when we add the sugar and cultures to spark the fermentation process, making kombucha the same way it’s been made for thousands of years.
We then add refreshing organic fruit juices to create fun, delicious flavors and achieve that perfect balance of tangy and sweet.
We require all of our ingredient and packaging suppliers to follow Health-Ade’s quality standards which includes strict guidelines for production and sourcing. We also operate with full traceability for all sourcing and suppliers.
Suppliers must also maintain proper certifications, follow federal & state regulations, receive third-party auditing, and certify that they comply with all laws concerning substances such as PFAS or those under Prop 65 regulation.
In addition, ingredient suppliers must follow the regulations and practices for organic certification.
All ingredients arrive at our facility with a certificate of analysis and are then reviewed by the Health-Ade team for compliance and quality before being used.
Beyond our sourcing standards, we make sure packaging materials like bottles are cleaned using our reverse osmosis filtered water before being filled with our tasty kombucha.

Health-Ade is the #1 certified organic kombucha. We follow a strict list of requirements for how we can make our kombucha, the ingredients we use, traceability, and inspection.
Our ingredient suppliers also have to follow an additional list of practices and standards as certified organic sources, this includes certifying they will not use restricted substances in farming such as synthetic pesticides and GMOs.
In addition to our organic certification, Health-Ade kombucha is also certified vegan, non-GMO, kosher and gluten-free.
Health-Ade is proud to be GFSI & SQF certified, meaning we adhere to high standards for food safety regulation in our production.
After production, every batch of bottled kombucha is tested for: taste, quality, pH, alcohol, microbiological levels, and package integrity.
The ingredients on the label are what we put in the bottle! We have a rigorous quality control process that ensures the highest quality and best tasting kombucha possible.
