Lemon Ginger Sage Sour
- 4 oz Health-Ade Ginger Lemon Kombucha
- ½ oz meyer lemon juice (if using regular lemon, add a pinch of sugar)
- 1 ½ oz aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas)
- Pinch of sugar
- Sage for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker combine lemon juice, aquafaba and ice. Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds or until foam is created.
- In a separate glass, pour your Health-Ade Ginger Lemon Kombucha.
- Using a cocktail strainer, strain the contents of the shaker over the kombucha creating a head of foam on the drink.
- Using a match or lighter, toast the bottom of a sage leaf and add it to the top of your mocktail for an aromatic garnish.
Pomegranate Lime Booch-A-Rita
- 5 oz Health-Ade Pomegranate Kombucha
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 lime zested and sliced into rounds
- Crushed Ice
- Salt for rim
- Zest the lime and combine zest and salt on small plate.
- Slice your half of the lime into wheels and set aside. Using the other half of the lime, wet the rim of your glass, and tap into salt/zest mixture.
- In the rimmed glass add the crushed ice, pomegranate juice, and fresh lime juice.
- Top with Health-Ade Pomegranate Kombucha, garnish with lime wheel, and enjoy!
Blood Orange Ginger Mint Mule
- 4 oz Health-Ade Blood Orange Carrot Ginger Kombucha
- 1 blood orange, juiced
- 2 sprigs of mint
- Splash of ginger beer
- Handful of ice
- In a cocktail shaker, combine your ice, blood orange juice, and sprig of mint — shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Pour your Health-Ade Blood Orange Ginger Kombucha into a glass of choice (feel free to use a copper mug).
- Using a cocktail strainer, strain the contents of the shaker over the kombucha in your glass.
- Top with a splash of ginger beer and garnish with the remaining sprig of fresh mint.
Pink Lady Apple Kicker
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 3 oz Health-Ade Pink Lady Apple Kombucha
- 1 oz sparkling water
- Handful of crushed ice
- A few sprigs of mint
- In a cocktail glass pour your grapefruit juice, Health-Ade Pink Lady Apple Kombucha, and sparkling water over crushed ice.
- Using a cocktail spoon, stir until combined.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Enjoy!
