Make this Pomegranate Kombucha Mimosa Mocktail

If I had to pick a cocktail that best encapsulates my personality, I’d pick a mimosa. It’s drunk in the morning (I’m a morning person), is simple to make, and it’s not as sleek and fancy as a cosmopolitan or as fun and flirty as a pina colada. This mimosa is a mocktail twist on the classic brunch cocktail.

The kombucha substitution lets the mimosa maintain its traditional bubbly consistency with the added bonus of getting those extra probiotics in—multitasking at its finest. Try making this at your next brunch and enjoy guilt-free sipping.


  • 1 part orange juice
  • 1 part Health-Ade Pomegranate Kombucha
  • ½ orange
  • Herbs of choice


  1. Mix together OJ and kombucha in a pitcher.
  2. Pour into champagne flutes.
  3. Cut orange into slices. Garnish with orange slices and herbs of choice. I used lavender, lemon verbena, rosemary, and basil.
  4. Serve immediately.
