Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear and measurable monthly volume and distribution plan to achieve overall Health-Ade Kombucha objectives by channel
  • Gain buy-in and maximize performance by distributors
  • Secure monthly programs and expand distribution in all channels of trade by setting benchmarks and calling on accounts both independently and with distributor personnel
  • Develop and implement regional programs to achieve agreed upon objectives
  • Monitor and measure results through monthly sales reports
  • Maintain a trade level call point program to include all appropriate levels to ensure Health-Ade Kombucha products are receiving the appropriate attention
  • Identify and resolve any customer concerns.
  • Develop objectives by account and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to maximize Health-Ade Kombucha opportunities for expanded distribution
  • Ability to develop and implement sales presentations to secure new accounts as well as National Accounts in all assigned Health-Ade Kombucha market areas
  • Analyze monthly sales reports to identify opportunities, underperforming accounts or potential loss of distribution within the account
  • Ability to identify, manage and participate in Special Events to include working nights and weekends when necessary
  • Ensure all warehouses have an ample supply of all SKUs to cover monthly/weekly sales objectives
  • Manage use of POS, wearables and all other resources to achieve objective within budget
  • Gain 50/50 Co/Op from assigned distributors, control costs and look for opportunities to increase overall revenue on a per case basis
  • Inspect all billbacks for accuracy and forward approved original invoices with back up to Senior Manager in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years proven success in CPG sales, with a focus in natural and conventional channels of trade.
  • Excellent grasp of business math including calculation of margins and trade pricing scenarios.
  • Strong negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM system
  • Residence in the Los Angeles area preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds on a regular basis.Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage one’s self and work in an efficient manner and interact with others effectively and professionally
  • Solid understanding of the following areas: sales and distributor functions, business development, point-of-sale marketing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Will be responsible for managing the following territories – Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Kansas
  • Ideal candidate will reside in Colorado (Denver or Boulder preferably)
